Catherine C. Martin is devoting her incredible talent to painting teenagers and adults who died from the opioid crisis in hopes of drawing attention to the problem. This is the beautiful portrait she painted of Hunter. “My paintings put a face to these deaths, making sure that they are seen as people, loved by their families and friends. These paintings represent real people, not statistics” she said in a description of her work.
